Taking care of your mind is really important if you are staying at home because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

You may feel scared & overwhelming due to a lot of bad news about the Covid-19.

Remember you cannot change the fact so try to think it positive way. You will be safe if you follow social distancing guidelines and self quarantine. Come here, I’ll show you how I enjoy my day being at home.

My first task of the day is making my bed. Basically, I do it just because it prevents me from coming back to sleep.

I have built my small garden since the bgeining the year, just because I started to work from home and I realised that these tiny greens can help my mental health a lot.

As a coffee addict and sleepyhead, I have to drink at least one cup of coffee per day or sometimes 2-3 cups depends on my sleepy mood.

After recharge myself with a cup of coffee, I start Cleaning and organizing my room a litte bit. I don’t know but for me, clean up room can also help tidy up my brain.

As I shared earlier in this video, I really love my tiny garden. I think gardening is really helpful when it comes to stress and anxiety, especially when we have to stay at home 247 like this.  

Water color Painting is also one of my hobbies. For me, I think painting can help generate a very happy mood, I myself feel super relaxing and peaceful playing with the colors. I nearly forget all the worries and problems when it comes to painting.

No worries, you don’t have to have great drawing skills because what we do here is enjoying the process of painting. So just highly recommend you guys to try it during your self quarantine.

I hope you guys can find peaceful and a lot of ideas for selfquarine activities, specially for someone living alone like me.
